91Springboard, a Co-working community, has partnered with Google For Startups (GFS) to launch ‘Level Up’ – a pan-India virtual accelerator program aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs to scale up their startups and optimize business potential.
The accelerator program combines key elements of business, technology, leadership and investment readiness. It offers mentoring, masterclasses, connections and tools for women entrepreneurs to refine their models, improve their leadership skills and prepare them for investment to grow businesses and access capital.
Google for Startups is a Google initiative to help startups thrive. It brings together Google’s products, connections and best practices that empower startups to build something better.
Level Up aims to address the barriers women entrepreneurs face by creating opportunities for personal and business growth, providing greater visibility and a national platform, and improving access to capital through linkages with investors.
Mike Kim, Head of Google for Startups APAC, said, “…our constant endeavour is to promote diversity in the startup ecosystem. We have already launched the India Women Founders program and with this association, we are looking to increase our efforts to support more female founders.
Anand Vemuri, CEO of 91 Springboard, said, ” The company has always believed in nurturing the startup ecosystem and fostering growth through rich learning opportunities. “More women are founding and running startups, but they don’t have an adequate support system.
Vemuri further said, “We want to flourish. Through this effort with Google for Startups, we hope that we will support women entrepreneurs in optimizing their business and building successful startups.”
