Tushar Agrawal, partner at dexter angels added, “we consider that the subsequent wave is more and more going to be voice-enabled. rezo.ai is working on the forefront of this know-how and enabling enterprises via customer support automation. the firm has constructed options throughout channels – chat, electronic mail, social and voice. rezo.ai has constructed a very vernacular resolution supporting 11 languages in voice and a number of other languages in textual content.”
Commenting on the startup and its vision, Vasant Rao of Veda added, “conversational AI helps organizations automate, refine and optimize tasks in real-time, which were otherwise heavily dependent on human intervention. This helps organizations reduce costs and improve user experience by removing the need for customers to navigate through complex problems themselves. We also see Conversational AI being able to transform other functions within organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Training, and Onboarding, helping large enterprises tackle problems associated with scale effectively. Rezo’s offering was the best in the market making them an obvious bet to take in this space.”
