The Fibratel company has reinforced the capabilities of its Cybersecurity Operations Center (SOC) with the incorporation of new automation functionalities that will increase the efficiency of security operations, streamline response to incidents and scale the provision of its managed services.
This evolution is part of the growth strategy of /fsafe, Fibratel’s cybersecurity unit, which provides continuous protection, monitoring and response to threats under a managed services model. The objective is to provide the SOC with greater operational capabilities to respond to an increasingly complex threat environment and a growing demand for specialized cybersecurity services.
Improved alert management
By integrating new automation, the Cybersecurity Operations Center will be able to accelerate analysis, classification and alert management tasks, reducing response times and allowing analysts to concentrate their efforts on activities with greater added value, such as advanced threat investigation and the management of complex incidents.
The Fiberatel SOC began its activity in 2024 as a key piece within the company’s managed services proposal. Since then, it provides advanced threat prevention, detection and response capabilities to help organizations protect their digital infrastructures. Services provided include XDR solutions, SIEM platforms, email protection, network security, SASE environments, and other specialized cybersecurity services.
Comprehensive vision of the technological infrastructure
In addition, the Cybersecurity Operations Center works in coordination with the Monitoring and Control Center (CMC) and the Technical Assistance Center (CAT) of the company, which allows it to obtain a comprehensive view of the clients’ technological infrastructure and strengthen the response capacity to any incident or threat.

According to Juan Francisco Morada, director of /fsafe, “automation allows us to increase our operational capacity and offer an even more agile and scalable service to our clients, improving response times through automation that is supported by AI solutions. Likewise, we free our specialists from repetitive tasks so that they can focus on investigation and response to more complex threats.”
With this technological evolution, Fibratel consolidates its commitment to cybersecurity as one of its strategic growth areas. The business unit led by Juan Francisco Moreda is one of the pillars on which the Spanish company bases its growth, and already accounts for 35% of its income.
