Today, companies must find tools with which to recover the rhythm of the worker and the business without compromising the health of professionals. In this context, the automation of administrative tasks through artificial intelligence stands out as one of the main allies for companies and workers, reducing their time in repetitive processes, which allows teams to focus on the most strategic part.

Internal restructuring of the teams

Despite this, the reality of Spanish companies is very different and only 21% of these with 10 or more employees made use of AI in the first quarter of 2025, according to data from the INE, which represents a jump of almost nine points compared to the previous year. Among large corporations, the figure changes and is more forceful since 58% of companies with more than 250 employees have already integrated this technology into their operations, according to Eurostat. However, only 22% of organizations have restructured their teams to integrate it strategically, as indicated by an IDC study.

This gap between integration and need is especially visible in the day-to-day life of Spanish companies. 68% of skilled workers already use AI tools, but in the absence of a clear strategy from their organizations, 77% have chosen to bring their own tools to the workplace, a phenomenon known as BYOAI (Bring Your Own AI), according to Microsoft. Employees are adopting AI faster than companies themselves, which have not yet redesigned their processes or jobs to integrate it in a structured and secure way.

«Returning to work after the summer holidays can be the perfect opportunity to implement new processes that really free up teams’ time, building a new, more productive dynamic. In this way, companies will be able to stop functioning as mere teams that resolve emergencies and move to another level, building a solid strategy with which to move forward into the future,” says Francisco Moreno Balboa, CEO and founder of Logixs.

From strategy to actual implementation

Under this context, Logixs, a Spanish company specialized in the design and integration of AI solutions for companies, has positioned itself as a strategic partner for companies that want to move from interest to real implementation. The company has doubled the number of AI projects executed in the last year and already has more than 35 initiatives executed for companies in sectors such as energy, automotive, distribution, health, defense or finance (including several from the IBEX 35), Logixs offers end-to-end support that goes from the identification of opportunities to technical integration, adoption by teams and data governance.

AI accelerators

To this end, the company has invested in the development of AI accelerators, preconfigured solutions for transversal use or specific by sector with rapid implementation, which can be used as agents for online sales, administrative management or document management, among other applications.

Its most recent bet is ADA, a platform for autonomous AI agents that covers the complete cycle of software development, from business need to production delivery, designed precisely to reduce dependence on technical profiles that the market cannot cover.

«Our job consists of accompanying them from end to end, from the identification of opportunities to technical implementation, integration with their systems and adoption by the teams, this being a fundamental point. Confidence in such a transformative technology is only achieved when the company feels that it maintains control. In this way, we have managed to double the number of projects without needing to double the team, and that is exactly the promise we make to our clients. Therefore, one of our pillars is that AI is deployed under a clear framework of data governance, cybersecurity, traceability and human supervision,” concludes Moreno Balboa, CEO of Logixs.
