The Association of Users of SAP Spain (AUSAPE) will launch between October and December the “Open Doors” campaign, a free initiative aimed especially at those SAP user companies that are not yet part of the association, with the aim of bringing them closer to its activity, the knowledge generated by its community and the services it offers to its associates.

During these three months, AUSAPE will show some of the initiatives that define its value proposition: from its usual Working Groups and Territorial Delegations, where clients, partners and experts share knowledge about the main technological and business challenges, to new meeting formats and tools.

One of the milestones of the quarter will be the new Master Sessions, under the concept The Order of the Invisible. The first will take place on October 22 in Madrid, at the Longoria Palace, headquarters of the SGAE, and will combine artificial intelligence, innovation, original thinking, architecture and heritage. The second will arrive in Barcelona on October 29, in La Pedrera-Casa Milà, continuing this dialogue between technology, creativity and Gaudí’s legacy.

Furthermore, on October 29, Barcelona will host the Annual Information Meeting for Special Collaborators (ESP), another of the spaces with which AUSAPE articulates the participation of the partner channel and promotes the transfer of knowledge within the ecosystem.

The campaign will also make it possible to publicize new initiatives such as El Rincón del APD, a format launched in the summer of 2026 and reserved exclusively for SAP client companies associated with AUSAPE.

Its philosophy is simple: SAP user companies speaking with SAP user companies in an environment of trust in which to share experiences, learning, concerns, success stories… The first edition was held in September at the Palacio de Saldaña in Madrid and on November 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:50 p.m., Barcelona will host its second call. A place to talk among equals, in a close, relaxed and confidential way.

All SAP knowledge, closer

Another of the major projects that AUSAPE will unveil during this period will be its SAP Knowledge Center, conceived as a digital library that allows associates to access the knowledge generated by SAP in a simple and organized way.

Through the AUSAPE website, the information is structured by content and leads to SAP resources so that companies can stay up to date practically in real time. The website itself also offers direct access to the SAP Learning Hub and has incorporated a specific space for success stories, with real stories of transformation, innovation and knowledge shared by companies associated with AUSAPE and that the Association publishes regularly in its magazine.

This ability to organize and bring together knowledge becomes especially important at a time of technological acceleration. SAP Sapphire 2026 has left numerous announcements around the so-called Autonomous Enterprise, with new features such as Joule Work, SAP Autonomous Suite and SAP Business AI Platform, in addition to new artificial intelligence assistants and agents integrated into business processes. The objective of the Knowledge Center will be precisely to help the associate follow this type of development and understand its impact on the business “at the click of a button.”

“With “Open Doors” we want companies that use SAP but do not yet belong to AUSAPE to be able to know what happens within the association and value everything that a business community based on shared knowledge, peer-to-peer experience and networking can provide them,” summarizes Ana Encinas, director of AUSAPE.
