The industrial software manufacturer Ibernova announces that it will soon be present this November at two of the main professional meetings in the industrial sector: Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, on November 4 and 5, and Logistics & Automation Madrid, on November 11 and 12, both at IFEMA Madrid.

The entire cycle of an industrial company

The company will take advantage of these events to show how technology and artificial intelligence can help companies connect their different areas of activity and improve control of their operations. Under the motto “Artificial intelligence that connects your factory from start to finish”, Ibernova will present a proposal that covers the entire cycle of an industrial company, from design and planning to production control and decision making. A vision that is summarized in four stages—Design, Plan, Control and Decide—and that brings together ERP, MES, CMMS, SGA, CAD, CAM, CAE, PDM and PLM solutions in the same technological ecosystem.

The approach is based on a common reality in many industrial companies: systems that do not communicate with each other, dispersed information and processes that still depend on manual tasks. Faced with this situation, Ibernova is committed to connected technology that provides a global vision of the business and allows decisions to be made with updated and reliable information.

Four areas to move towards a connected industry

Ibernova’s proposal is structured into four areas that respond to some of the main challenges of industrial companies:

  • Business management: IbernovaERP, artificial intelligence integrated into the business. Managing an industrial company involves coordinating production, purchasing, logistics, finances and sales. When each area works with independent tools, having a complete view of the business is difficult. IbernovaERP addresses this challenge from a unique platform that natively incorporates artificial intelligence. Its functionalities include a conversational agent, the consultation and analysis of information using natural language, and the detection of anomalies. All of this integrated into the ERP itself, respecting the access permissions of each user and maintaining the data within its environment. This commitment to innovation is also reflected in the more than 6,000 hours per year that Ibernova dedicates to research in artificial intelligence.
  • Production: IbernovaMES to know what happens at the plant in real time. Delays in the detection of incidents, unrecorded machinery stoppages or quality problems identified when production has already ended are situations that can compromise the efficiency of a factory. With IbernovaMES, companies can monitor their production processes in real time, connect machines and have information on traceability, quality and performance through dashboards. Ibernova’s experience in this area is based on more than 800 implementations and more than 15,000 connected machines.
  • Maintenance: IbernovaCMMS expands the solutions portfolio. Maintenance management will be another highlight, with the presentation of IbernovaCMMS, the new addition to the company’s portfolio. The solution allows you to manage corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, spare parts and incident analysis from a single web platform. Its objective is to help companies reduce unforeseen breakdowns and avoid interruptions in productive activity. A challenge with a considerable economic impact: according to the report The True Cost of Downtime 2024, prepared by Siemens, one hour of unplanned downtime can mean an average cost of 31,700 euros in a high-consumption factory.
  • Engineering: SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE, with the support of Ibernova. Industrial digitalization also begins in the design phase. In this area, Ibernova offers SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, accompanied by implementation, technical support and continuous updating services.

The proposal goes beyond the acquisition of licenses. The company provides support throughout the process of using the tools, also incorporating its own developments such as Ibernova Tools, aimed at reducing repetitive tasks and facilitating the work of engineering teams. The objective is that each client can get the most out of their technological investment and evolve at the pace of their needs.

With its participation in Advanced Manufacturing Madrid and Logistics & Automation Madrid, Ibernova wants to bring professionals in the sector an integrated vision of industrial digital transformation. A proposal in which engineering, management, production and maintenance stop functioning as independent areas to become part of the same connected environment, with artificial intelligence as a transversal element. Visitors will be able to learn about the company’s solutions and discover how to apply them to the daily challenges of their organizations.
