The head of InPost – Rafał Brzoska – announces further expansion of Great Britain. The huge amounts of money will create thousands of jobs.

InPost is not only doing well in Poland, regularly increasing the number of parcel machines and services, but also constantly expanding into foreign markets. Current plans include conquering Great Britain and with a considerable budget, because the company wants to invest as much as 600 million pounds.

Thousands of new parcel lockers and development of the logistics network

InPost in the UK took its first steps in 2013, and since then the number of OOH points has increased to 13,000. Rafał Brzoska sees potential in the British market and wants to further develop its services there – by 2029, InPost will spend 600 million pounds on the development of the local infrastructure, thanks to which the total investment will amount to one billion pounds (over PLN 5 billion). The money will be used to develop logistics infrastructure and expand the parcel locker network.

Such activities are possible, among others, thanks to InPost’s acquisition of full shares in Menzies Distribution Limited, a British company from the logistics industry. These changes make the UK the fastest growing market.

The head of InPost boasted that 93.2 million parcels were delivered in 2024, doubling the volume year on year. He also revealed that the company plans to add another 5,000 parcel lockers to the existing 9,200 parcel lockers. devices. InPost’s investments will allow for the creation of 12,000. new jobs.
