Acronis has presented a significant evolution of its AI-native cyber protection platform for MSPs, incorporating protection, infrastructure, management, business intelligence and autonomous execution capabilities into a single user experience.
The new functionalities were announced during the Acronis Accelerate: The Journey to Autonomous IT event and represent a new step in the innovation strategy that the company has been developing since the beginning of 2026. With them, Acronis advances towards an AI-native operating environment in which technicians, business teams and artificial intelligence agents can work together within a fully integrated platform.
Automation and operational intelligence
Acronis’ AI-native strategy is built around the “By AI, With AI, For AI” framework, which combines three objectives: use AI to accelerate secure product development; incorporate artificial intelligence, automation and operational intelligence into the services that MSPs use in their daily activity; and help partners secure, manage and automate increasingly AI-driven customer environments. Instead of adding isolated AI functions to independent products, Acronis develops all these capabilities directly on the Acronis Cyber Platform, conceived from its origins as an AI-native platform.

From AI-based assistance to autonomous execution
Acronis now expands its AI-native platform with new capabilities aimed at reducing operational complexity, facilitating the identification of new business opportunities and automating increasingly advanced workflows.
This new phase of Acronis Cyber Platform incorporates four interconnected capabilities:
- Acronis Cyber Console: a unified, AI-native workspace that integrates protection, management, automation and infrastructure into a single experience for technicians, business teams and AI agents.
- Acronis Cyber Intelligence: an actionable intelligence layer that provides visibility into operations, customer contracts, and protected endpoints. It is designed to detect gaps in services, discover revenue opportunities, anticipate incidents, reduce the volume of tickets and accelerate decision making.
- Acronis Service Desk: Autonomous ticket management flows capable of reducing alert overload through automated enrichment, analysis and resolution processes. Thanks to its integrations, you will be able to incorporate information and actions from the entire MSP technological ecosystem.
- Acronis Cyber Studio: an environment to create and control both deterministic workflows and processes based on AI agents. Teams will be able to design automations using natural language, always maintaining visibility, governance and control over their execution.
Together, these capabilities enable MSPs to move from greater visibility and AI-assisted decision making toward a model based on proactive intelligence, process automation, and autonomous execution under control. By integrating natively into a single platform, they also reduce complexity, integration burden, and constant switching between separate AI, automation, and service desk tools.

Migration path for service providers
Acronis has also announced new migration capabilities integrated into Acronis Cyber Frame, which will allow you to move workloads from VMware and Microsoft Azure to Cyber Frame Cloud or Cyber Frame Local through phased migration processes and a controlled transition.
With this expansion, MSPs and cloud service providers will be able to choose between infrastructure hosted by Acronis through Cyber Frame Cloud or deploy it in their own environments through Cyber Frame Local.

During the event, Paul Maritz, former CEO of VMware and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acronis, highlighted the role of Cyber Frame as a platform for organizations looking to modernize or transform their infrastructure.

It integrates infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, remote access and automation in a single platform. “It is one of the most complete proposals on the market, simple to manage and offering clients a clear path to evolve from their current environments.”
The foundation of autonomous IT
Since January 2026, Acronis has strengthened its platform with four major releases: Acronis Archival Storage, Acronis MDR by Acronis TRU, Acronis GenAI Protection, and Acronis Cyber Frame.
These solutions expand the platform’s capabilities in areas such as long-term data retention, managed threat detection and response, artificial intelligence governance, and infrastructure protection, laying the foundation for greater automation of MSP operations.
During the event, Acronis also announced, together with Constructor Group and Virtuozzo, the launch of Constructor Fabric, an open source project under Apache 2.0 license managed by the Constructor Fabric Foundation.
Constructor Fabric is an open AI platform for Software as a Service (SaaS) environments that allows you to define, develop and run end-to-end applications using artificial intelligence, reusing components, automating operations and incorporating integrated tools to measure productivity and obtain operational information.
The platform will be available to all Acronis partners and customers, who can use it to develop more secure, reliable and efficient applications, as well as adapt and extend the capabilities of the Acronis platform according to their specific needs.
