What twelve years ago was a company of 20 people is today a technology consulting firm with close to 200 professionals and a turnover of 22.5 million euros. The ARBENTIA consulting firm, which is one of the main partners of Microsoft in Spain, closed 2025 with a growth of 24%, driven by the strengthening of its positioning in the industries where it already has a differential value proposition and by the expansion of its offer with new services, including artificial intelligence. This milestone consolidates a trajectory of sustained expansion based on sector specialization and 100% organic development.

“The growth of the year has been supported by progress in all the industries and sectors in which we operate, with especially solid performance in distribution and manufacturing. We have strengthened our position in sectors such as retail, industry and food, as well as in construction, renewables and engineering, in addition to consolidating our presence in services, such as hotels, health, real estate, insurance, and in automotive and machinery rental,” points out Daniel Taboada, CEO of ARBENTIA. “Our strategy involves continuing to delve deeper into those areas where we already have a differential value proposition, expanding solutions on our installed base and incorporating AI capabilities.”

From a business point of view, the greatest contribution to billing continues to come from the ERP solutions area, followed by the customer engagement division, which integrates CRM, sales, marketing and contact center capabilities, among others. The modern workplace areas, data and artificial intelligence have also registered growth, although more moderate, maintaining an evolution aligned with the business as a whole. Overall, the company has increased its client base and expanded the scope of projects in strategic accounts in the high mid-market and corporate segments.

“ARBENTIA client zero” strategy and deployment of its own AI platform

During 2025, ARBENTIA has reinforced its organizational structure with a special focus on artificial intelligence, setting up a specialized team to integrate AI and advanced analytics capabilities into its sector solutions.

Within the framework of this reinforcement, during the year the company has initiated its “ARBENTIA zero client” strategy, consisting of developing, implementing and internally validating artificial intelligence solutions before their commercialization. This approach allows testing real use cases, measuring adoption levels and optimizing operational performance prior to transfer to the market.

As a technological axis, ARBENTIA has developed its own ARBENTIA AI Knowledge platform, aimed at processing large volumes of documentation in controlled environments, with the ability to connect multiple sources and formats, interpret them using natural language and generate configurable responses or outputs. The solution is compatible with different AI engines and allows you to limit the sources of information and parameterize the behavior of agents according to each use case.

On this infrastructure, the company has deployed internal agents aimed at improving operational efficiency and quality. In the last three months, the agents who support the team have improved the average resolution time for support cases by 73%. Likewise, the use of programming tools assisted with Copilot has increased the productivity of the technical team by 95%.

This deployment is articulated through a transversal AI practice that supports all sector divisions and is complemented by the internal use of Microsoft Copilot and a structured adoption and change management plan to maximize its effective use.

Talent and professional development model

The growth of the business has been accompanied by a sustained policy of incorporating and developing talent. The company has maintained a turnover rate of less than 5% for more than five years, supported by a structured professional career model implemented more than seven years ago with external advice. This plan, documented and accessible internally, includes differentiated itineraries according to role, vertical and horizontal promotions, annual review and variable component linked to individual objectives and continuous training, with the aim of guaranteeing professional progression and avoiding stagnation.

In parallel, ARBENTIA is promoting the eighth edition of its internship program, with 35 incorporations planned between March and July 2026, aimed at final-year students, mainly STEM profiles and business-related degrees, from national universities. The program combines a first month of intensive training, assignment to a division with a mentor and subsequent integration into the structure if the volume of projects allows it, historically maintaining a continuity rate in the company of over 80%.

With this evolution, ARBENTIA consolidates a growth model based on sector specialization, internal development of capabilities and sustained commitment to talent, combining cloud solutions, industry knowledge and progressive integration of artificial intelligence in its operations and that of its clients.
