Both companies have joined strength to offer manufacturers the possibility of taking advantage of their plant data in combination with corporate information, opening the door to a more efficient and scalable production.
The agreement allows Siemens Industrial Edge to be located with Snowflake AI Data Cloud, creating an ecosystem that moves plant operations (OT) data towards business management systems (IT). This means that information generated by machines, sensors or PLCs can now be analyzed together with supply chain, finance or resource planning data. The objective: boost decisions based on AI throughout the industrial value chain.
