The Spanish Association of SAP Users (AUSAPE) has launched an open-door campaign that will be in force throughout the last quarter of this year, aimed at all those companies that use SAP in Spain but are not yet part of the association.
The initiative seeks for these companies to experience first-hand the benefits of belonging to this technological community before making the decision to join. During these three months, AUSAPE will show some of the initiatives that define its value proposition: from its usual Working Groups and Territorial Delegations, where clients, partners and experts share knowledge about the main technological and business challenges, to new meeting formats and tools.
It is also worth highlighting the new Master Sessions, under the concept “The Order of the Invisible”. The first will take place on October 22 in Madrid, at the Longoria Palace, headquarters of the SGAE, and will combine artificial intelligence, innovation, original thinking, architecture and heritage. The second will arrive in Barcelona on October 29, in La Pedrera-Casa Milà, continuing this dialogue between technology, creativity and Gaudí’s legacy.
Furthermore, on October 29, Barcelona will host the Annual Information Meeting for Special Collaborators (ESP), another of the spaces with which AUSAPE articulates the participation of the partner channel and promotes the transfer of knowledge within the ecosystem.
The campaign will also make it possible to publicize new initiatives such as El Rincón del APD, a format launched in the summer of 2026 and reserved exclusively for SAP client companies associated with AUSAPE.
The advantages of being part of the SAP Community
The general director of the association, Ana Encinas, explained on Capital Radio the advantages of being part of this technological community that has been connecting companies in the sector in Spain for 30 years.
The AUSAPE proposal allows companies to participate in all activities as if they were associated, without having to pay the annual fee until February of next year. «It’s like being a member, without paying yet. Experience the advantages. Live it, live it because we are very sure that you are going to love it,” says Encinas.
During this period, companies will have full access to the association’s usual activity, which includes working groups and territorial delegations that, as described by the general director, “open the blinds every day of the year.”
Among the most notable activities are the master sessions that start in the fall. This year, AUSAPE joins the Gaudí year with an innovative proposal that combines art and technology. «Last year was about tokenization. This year we have two proposals, one in Madrid, in the Santoña Palace, and another that will be in La Pedrera where we will observe Gaudí’s work from a technological perspective,” details Encinas.
The SAP Knowledge Center
One of the big concerns in the technology sector is the speed at which knowledge becomes obsolete, especially now that artificial intelligence is impacting all the business processes of companies, both large and small.
The AUSAPE proposal allows companies to participate in all activities as if they were associated, even if they are not.
Ana Encina clearly identifies this problem: «The problem is obsolescence, that is, we become obsolete in less than nothing in SAP. Technology, in general, moves very fast. “Continuously, implementation consultants, SAP user companies have to be updating themselves.”
To respond to this challenge, AUSAPE has created the SAP Knowledge Center, a platform accessible through the web where associates can have relevant, fully updated and segmented content information.
