The Spanish company Bardinet, specialized in the production of high-quality spirits, has opted for digitalization and transversal collaboration to transform its innovation process through the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in the Dassault Systèmes cloud.

With this initiative, the company takes a decisive step towards the comprehensive digitalization of its internal processes, creating a collaborative environment that connects teams, standardizes procedures and offers a complete vision of projects, from the conception of new products to their launch on the market.

Thanks to its extensive experience in the production of spirits and a catalog that combines tradition and modernity, Bardinet has consolidated its position as one of the leading companies in the sector in Spain. By adopting these new tools from Dassault Systèmes, the company will now be able to streamline its business processes and connect departments.

Agility in processes

Given the constant evolution of consumer preferences and the need to accelerate innovation in an increasingly competitive market, the company decided to promote a deep digitalization project to optimize its internal processes, improve collaboration between teams and respond with greater agility to market demands.

Before incorporating the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, the information linked to innovation projects – such as label design, the development of new packaging or the validation of final arts – was dispersed between independent departments and systems, making coordination and monitoring difficult.

The platform has allowed the company to automate one of its most critical workflows: the management and approval of final mockups. This digitization process makes it easier for internal teams and suppliers to share, review and approve documents in real time, eliminating endless emails and ensuring complete traceability, shorter validation times and better quality control at every phase.

Thanks to the integration of ITEROP, a Business Process Manager (BPM) included in 3DEXPERIENCE, the company has automated another of its key processes: the management and approval of final arts. This digitized flow allows documents to be shared, reviewed and approved in real time, ensuring greater traceability, reduced deadlines and constant quality control at every step. This new layer of digitalization optimizes the relationship with suppliers and improves the overall efficiency of the creative process.
