Colt Technology Services has announced the completion of the sale of six of its European data centers to Northc and two in London to Stellanor Datacenters, both platforms backed by funds managed by DWS Group. The operation, previously announced in April 2025, reinforces the position of both companies while Colt redefines its approach to sustainable digital infrastructure and the expansion of the economy of artificial intelligence.
The eight data centers object of the divestment are located in Amsterdam, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and London. They were part of the assets acquired by Colt after the purchase of Lumen EMEA in 2023. With approximately 400 colocation customers transferred to Northc and Stellanor, the company ensures that most of them will continue to use Colt network products, thus maintaining consolidated commercial relations and the continuity of their services.
