Electronic invoicing has become a fundamental piece within the digital transformation that organizations must address, going from being an optional practice to a regulatory obligation. This evolution of billing represents an administrative and technological challenge for many SMEs and the self-employed, although it can also become a strategic opportunity to improve the efficiency, control and traceability of financial processes.

The Yooz company stands out in the market for offering an advanced solution for the automation of purchasing, sales and billing processes, and after consolidating itself in France – one of the most advanced regulatory frameworks in Europe in terms of electronic invoicing – Yooz now extends its presence to Spain, Belgium and Italy. The objective is clear: to offer deeper automation, reinforce security and accompany companies in an agile transition towards the new reality of European electronic invoicing.

Yooz’s rapid adaptation to European regulations, both current and upcoming, confirms its ambition to transform regulatory invoicing obligations into a lever of productivity, efficiency and security for all companies subject to the new common electronic invoicing framework.

Spain: SIF certification for Veri*Factu

Yooz is certified as SIF (Computerized Billing Systems), which allows Spanish companies to automatically capture, control, validate, issue and account for their customer invoices with full guarantee of compliance with Veri*Factu. This certification reinforces the reliability of billing processes and ensures alignment with the requirements of the Tax Agency.

In addition, the company automatically integrates invoices issued from the client’s billing tools or office applications. The entire billing cycle—invoices issued and received—is centralized in a single environment that reduces risks, improves internal control and guarantees traceability through automatic real-time sending to the Tax Agency.

Intelligent validation circuits, configurable for any organization, reinforce the reliability of the billing process even before issuance. Likewise, the automatic generation of accounting entries significantly increases productivity and reduces manual errors.

A European compliance coverage

Starting in 2026, it will also be possible to create invoices directly from Yooz to complete a fully automated billing process. In other European countries such as Belgium, Yooz is certified as a Peppol Access Point and registered with the Belgian administration as a compliant platform, guaranteeing full compliance with electronic invoicing requirements for sending and receiving documents.

In addition to regulatory compliance in billing, Yooz centralizes and automates customer and supplier processes, transforming a legal obligation into a real opportunity for operational efficiency. Companies can now issue and receive national invoices in Peppol BIS 3.0 format through Yooz, and manage all Belgian and international invoices from a single platform, in multiple formats, with a unified and completely traceable billing flow.

In Italy, Yooz incorporates a new SDI connector that allows the automatic collection of purchase invoices from the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI). Manual retrieval of billing documents disappears, streamlining and securing the process from start to finish. All purchase invoices – Italian or international, in any format – can be managed on a single platform that unifies and harmonizes the billing workflow.

According to Cristina Luño, marketing manager at Yooz, “with the expansion of our regulatory coverage in Europe, Yooz is consolidating itself as the reference platform for Spanish companies with international activity that need to combine regulatory compliance in billing and operational efficiency.”

In summary, Yooz offers companies, under a single platform, regulatory coverage in multiple jurisdictions, full control of billing flows and advanced automation of purchasing and sales processes.
