CrowdStrike today announced the Charlotte AI AgentWorks ecosystem in collaboration with its partners Telefónica Tech, Accenture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Anthropic, Deloitte, Kroll, NVIDIA, OpenAI and Salesforce.

The new ecosystem enables customers to leverage CrowdStrike’s no-code development platform as well as advanced AI models to securely create, orchestrate, and scale custom security agents. In addition, it opens new opportunities for the company’s partners to develop autonomous security businesses on the Falcon platform, relying on increasingly sophisticated AI models.

“AgentWorks allows each Falcon user to create their own autonomous security workforce,” said Daniel Bernard, chief commercial officer at CrowdStrike. “The future of security operations is not about replacing humans with agents, but about empowering people with them through AI models. Our ecosystem today makes the next generation of the security workforce based on AI models available to organizations of all sizes.”

The technology that sustains the autonomous cybersecurity ecosystem

Without writing a single line of code, Charlotte AI AgentWorks enables any security team to build, test, and deploy custom agents directly on the Falcon platform, with enterprise security and governance. With integrations with leading AI models such as Anthropic Claude, NVIDIA Nemotron, and OpenAI GPT, as well as AI infrastructure services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker, CrowdStrike’s AgentWorks ecosystem offers flexibility across leading advanced AI models to accelerate workflows across the entire security lifecycle. This ability to combine different AI models allows agents to be adapted to multiple operational scenarios.

A platform for partners to develop solutions

Technology providers and global systems integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Kroll, Salesforce and Telefónica Tech are already taking advantage of AgentWorks to open new business opportunities through the design and implementation of security agents adapted to the specific needs of each client, powered by AI models trained for different contexts.

“At Telefónica Tech we believe that the future of cybersecurity operations is designed in a natively autonomous way, where AI agents and human experts operate as a unified system supported by AI models,” admits Alejandro Ramos Fraile, global director of cybersecurity at Telefónica Tech. “With CrowdStrike’s Charlotte AI AgentWorks, we are accelerating our transition towards a native AI SOC, industrializing our security expertise so that scalable agents based on AI models improve detection, response and cyber resilience”.

Charlotte Agentic SOAR securely orchestrates the AgentWorks ecosystem

Charlotte Agentic SOAR enables orchestration and trust across the entire autonomous SOC value chain, uniting CrowdStrike’s autonomous security workforce, agents built with AgentWorks, and third-party trusted agents, all powered by AI models, into a single coordinated system. CrowdStrike AI Native Detection and Response (AIDR), Agentic SOAR workflow-level controls, and AgentWorks safeguards protect collaboration between agents and between analysts and agents operating on AI models.

CrowdStrike is opening Charlotte AI AgentWorks to its partner ecosystem so they can innovate with new AI models, while customers deploy secure agents to stop security breaches and the entire ecosystem benefits from Falcon through extensive use of AI models.
