Dacsa is an international group of the agri -food sector specialized in the production of rice, semollas and cornmeal, with presence in several European countries. Within the framework of its innovation strategy, the company decided to address an artificial intelligence adoption pilot with Microsoft Copilot, accompanied by Microsoft partner, to evaluate the impact on productivity, cultural change and process optimization.

The starting point included the adoption of Microsoft 365 in all functional areas and the use of web co -ilot with a sample of 32 users. The challenge was clear: lay the foundations for a digital transformation based on generative, measuring the real impact on the way of working and the adoption of collaborative tools.

Quantifiable results: more productivity and greater involvement

The pilot achieved highly representative results:

  • 100% of enabled users used Co -Philot at least once.
  • 81.3% of users remained active continuously, compared to the sector average of 62%.
  • It went from 50 minutes per week for medium use in other sectors to 1 complete working day per user/week in Dacsa.
  • Estimated savings: 2 weekly hours per user, equivalent to 8 hours per month.
  • Estimated ROI:> 800%.

83% of participants would recommend the use of co -senses to other colleagues, and 87% declared having learned self -taught.

Keys to success: attitude, accompaniment and strategy

According to those responsible for the project, it has been much more than a technological test; It has been an experience of cultural change. For Ignacio Juanes, Corporate It Manager in Dacsa Group, the keys to success have been in three pillars. “First, the curiosity and positive attitude of our users, who have shown a great willingness to experiment with co -pilot. Second, the continuous and strategic accompaniment by Alcaamina, which has understood our needs and designed a realistic and focused plan on people. And finally, an effective communication, which has helped everyone understanding not only the ‘how’, but above all for what.”

Next steps: a roadmap for continuous transformation

After the pilot’s success, Dacsa has defined a road map that includes extending AI to corporate data and applications.

Extending the use of co -senses to new users, continuous training, licensing optimization and the incorporation of personalized agents, intend to consolidate a culture of innovation and technological autonomy throughout the organization with which to move towards an intelligent and sustainable transformation, aligned with its vision of the future.
