The company Datadope, specialized in advanced observability, has reached an agreement with COS Global Services, an independent multinational with Spanish capital that has more than 30 years of experience in the management and provision of IT services, to become its technological partner in Observability and Agentic AI.
Through this alliance, COS Global Services will incorporate Datadope’s IOMETRICS solutions to its portfolio of solutions for large companies, expanding its proposal in areas such as the unified supervision of infrastructures, applications and digital services, incident analysis and the automation of technological operations.

In a context in which the complexity of knowing what is happening increases when there is a degradation in the service or a critical process fails, observability relates information from systems, applications, logs and metrics to know the state of the technology and systems in real time, anticipating problems. The incorporation of Agentic AI by Datadope also facilitates the analysis of these signals and accelerates the identification of the root cause, supporting teams in their resolution.

As part of the agreement, Datadope will also join IT Nexus Insights, the technological collaboration program developed within the IT Nexus technological hub, promoted by COS Global Services and current headquarters of the Blockchain Cluster of the Community of Madrid.
The incorporation of Agentic AI also facilitates the analysis of these signals and accelerates the identification of the root cause.
The initiative brings together technology companies and IT managers from large organizations to share knowledge, analyze use cases and address the main challenges related to the management and evolution of their technological environments.
With this alliance, both companies seek to bring large organizations a more preventive technological management model, capable of transforming operational data into useful information to anticipate problems, reduce resolution times and protect the continuity of services.
