Epson announces the latest additions to its range of WorkForce A4 multifunction printers, designed to meet the changing needs of home offices, hybrid workers and small businesses. The new WorkForce WF-4930, WF-4920/WF-4925 and WF-3920/WF-39251 offer fast, professional-quality printing, seamless wireless connectivity and smarter ink management thanks to Epson’s ReadyPrint Flex subscription service, which includes six months of free ink for new customers2.

As small businesses continue to look for technology that combines affordability, flexibility and reliability, Epson’s new WorkForce models offer high print quality, improved Wi-Fi performance and mobile-friendly functionality, all in compact designs perfect for the office.

Models for different workloads

The new WorkForce range features Epson’s PrecisionCore print head technology, delivering sharp, professional-quality documents without giving up the benefits of inkjet printing. Designed to accommodate busy workflows, these printers achieve print speeds of up to 25 pages per minute and feature automatic two-sided printing to reduce paper consumption and running costs.

At the top of the new additions, the WorkForce WF-4930 offers double-sided printing, copying, scanning and faxing, a 50-page automatic document feeder and two 250-sheet paper trays each, making it the ideal choice for small offices with high demands.

The Epson WorkForce WF-4920 and WF-4925 offer comprehensive print, copy, scan and fax capabilities, with a 35-page automatic document feeder (ADF) and 250-sheet paper capacity, while the WF-3920 and WF-3925 offer fast print, copy and scan features for users looking for a simple yet highly effective productivity solution.

Recognizing that reliable wireless connections have become a critical requirement for businesses, Epson has optimized its new range for modern network environments, including improved support for mesh Wi-Fi systems. Users can print from laptops, smartphones and tablets over Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and Ethernet connection, while support for Apple AirPrint and the Epson Smart Panel app makes it easy to set up, monitor and print from mobile devices from virtually anywhere.

«Today’s small businesses and work-from-home professionals need technology that combines productivity, flexibility and simplicity. With the new WorkForce range, we have focused on delivering professional-quality printing, reliable connectivity and hassle-free ink management thanks to ReadyPrint Flex, helping users stay productive while keeping an eye on costs,” said Julian Maddock, Product Manager, Epson Europe.

To make printing even more convenient, Epson is giving away a free six-month subscription to the Epson ReadyPrint Flex service for new customers using promotional code FLEX62. ReadyPrint Flex constantly monitors ink levels and automatically ships replacement cartridges before supplies run out, helping you avoid the frustration of unexpected interruptions.

Customers can save up to 70% on ink costs for their WorkForce printers compared to traditional cartridge purchasing models, while benefiting from predictable monthly printing costs.
