The initiative will allow more than 200 company professionals to train in key areas for the future of the technological sector.

According to the company, training not only seeks to strengthen technical knowledge, but also to promote essential transverse skills in increasingly collaborative work environments.

The training plan includes certifications in leading technologies such as Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Fortinet, Netskope and Crowdstrike, as well as leadership programs, communication and teamwork. This mixed approach seeks to prepare employees both in the technical and human level, so that they can successfully face the challenges of digital transformation.
The training will be taught through a combination of face -to -face classes, digital platforms and sessions with strategic technological partners, guaranteeing a teaching adapted to the real needs of the team.
