Adobe has announced that it is a day one launch partner of Google’s new imaging model, Gemini 3, also known as Nano Banana Pro, introduced and available to all Adobe Firefly and Photoshop customers.
The company is once again integrating Google’s latest imaging model, Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro), into Adobe Firefly and Photoshop. It joins a growing lineup of image, video and audio partner models to choose from in apps, including Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, Google, Ideogram, Luma AI, Moonvalley, OpenAI, Pika, Runway and Topaz Labs.
Create without limits
The world of AI models, each with their own strengths and personalities, is growing rapidly. And the creators claim to use different models for different tasks, especially in image generation. In Adobe’s recent global study of more than 16,000 creators, more than 60% of respondents reported using multiple AI creative models to match the right tool to the right task.

With Nano Banana Pro, Adobe is offering unlimited images with Firefly mockups and partner mockups in the Firefly app through December 1 (available for Creative Cloud Pro and Firefly plan subscribers).
Firefly and Photoshop models
In Firefly, creators can upload up to six reference images and ask Nano Banana Pro via text to merge and refine those elements into one cohesive image, with clean, integrated text.
Additionally, on Firefly Boards, creative professionals can use Nano Banana Pro to develop campaign concepts by uploading text, images and icons, and ask it to display them in real-world contexts (such as a billboard on a New York City street), so the client can visualize the final image more clearly.
In Photoshop, Nano Banana Pro is the latest model to power generative content filling
In Adobe Firefly, the comprehensive AI-powered creative studio for video, image, and audio ideation, creation, and production, creators can use Nano Banana Pro in the Text to Image feature. The model is also available on Firefly Boards, the collaborative AI moodboarding platform, where creators and creative professionals can generate ideas, organize them, and visualize image concepts in their early stages.
In Photoshop, Nano Banana Pro is the latest model to power Generative Fill, offering creative professionals quick, easy-to-use methods to make targeted edits, generate more realistic high-resolution image content, and explore creative variations.
With Firefly and Adobe Photoshop-associated templates, creative professionals will be able to seamlessly move from generative experimentation to refining results using layers, masks, and selections for pixel-precise editing, all without disrupting their workflow or losing the visual coherence of the final image.
