The agreement includes the incorporation of generative AI into the company’s services, which will allow it to optimize the internal creation of products and offer faster and more efficient responses to its clients. Microsoft will provide the technological infrastructure necessary for AENOR to continue advancing in its digital transformation, a process that the organization began seven years ago. This transformation includes the digitalization of its conformity assessment, training, distribution of regulations and business consulting services.
In addition, they will work together to develop a certification based on ethical and responsible AI risk management, in compliance with European regulations and based on Microsoft’s Responsible AI Principles, which are also aligned with EU legislation.
With this alliance, AENOR will incorporate generative AI into its products, services and solutions, with the aim of providing a faster and more efficient response to its clients.
By using Microsoft Azure, both entities are committed to creating secure and reliable AI systems, ensuring the protection and correct management of data. The service company’s data will be protected by Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary, which ensures that personal data is managed within European territory.
On the other hand, with Spain positioning itself as one of the preferred destinations for digital nomads, both companies will explore new opportunities to continue strengthening the attractiveness of cities such as Malaga for this segment, taking advantage of their capabilities and talent.
Additionally, as part of the collaboration, a customized program for the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot will be deployed, tailored to the specific needs of the organization and with the aim of improving its operational efficiency. The implementation will also ensure the proper protection and management of AI data and applications.
