One of its standout features is Perfect Output, which optimizes each print for perfect results, and is now available in an exclusive beta version. Additionally, HP Print AI boosts both creativity and productivity, offering new tools for home and work.

High quality images
More than 50% of impressions originate from web browsers, such as articles, travel documents or recipes. Often, these impressions include empty space, poorly fitted images, or unwanted ads, resulting in an unsatisfying experience. Perfect Output solves this problem by automatically adjusting and reordering content so that printouts are exactly as they appear on the screen. Detects and removes ads and other unnecessary elements, saving paper, ink and time.
Another common challenge is printing spreadsheets. More than half of users encounter difficulties when printing these types of documents. Perfect Output proactively rearranges tables and charts so they are not split between pages, optimizing the experience.

In the professional environment, HP is expanding the availability of HP Scan AI Enhanced, a cloud-based solution that identifies and extracts key information from scanned documents, streamlining business processes. Availability HP Print AI
- HP Print AI is available today, starting with an exclusive beta version offering Perfect Output functionality to select print customers. HP intends to continue rolling out HP Print AI capabilities throughout 2025.
- HP Build Workspace is available today, with AI capabilities also in beta in the US and Europe, expanding soon to the UK and Ireland, with global deployment expected in spring 2025.
