As part of the 11th edition of Huawei Connect Europe, held in Florence (Italy), Huawei has reaffirmed its commitment to be “in Europe, for Europe” through collaboration with more than 5,000 ecosystem partners. Building on “Huawei + Partners”, the customer-centric collaboration system that the company has developed over years of innovation and support for local partners, Huawei has officially launched the SCALE framework for Europe, which aims to drive the continent’s dual digital and ecological transition and move towards a smart and green Europe.
Thousands of attendees, including industry leaders, technology experts and partners from around the world, analyzed during the event how digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, will accelerate Europe’s double digital and green transition, under the slogan “Advancing Intelligent & Green Europe.” Likewise, Adolfo Urso, Minister of Business and Made in Italy of Italy, intervened; Eugenio Giani, president of the Tuscany Region, and Sara Funaro, mayor of Florence.
In his opening speech, David Wang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Rotating Chairman of Huawei, said: “As Europe’s digital and green transition progresses, Huawei works with more than 5,000 partners to solve real customer challenges through technological innovation. The smart world is arriving, faster than ever, and sectors across Europe are preparing for a huge leap in productivity, driven by AI and other advanced technologies. Huawei has been and will continue to be in Europe, for Europe. Working alongside customers and partners, we are committed to open collaboration to seize opportunities, drive shared success and help build a smarter, greener Europe.”
“Huawei + Partners” collaboration system
Leo Chen, senior vice president of Huawei and president of business area sales, also spoke at the event to explain the company’s strategy in the European market: “Huawei is in Europe, for Europe. We delve into the needs of local customers and turn technology into action to drive Europe’s double green and digital transition.”
Chen also explained in the new edition of Huawei Connect Europe that Huawei has two focuses in the region: developing innovative products and solutions adapted to local industry scenarios, and training local partners to provide better service to European customers.
Building on the existing “Huawei + Partners” collaboration system, Huawei also launched the SCALE framework for Europe at this event. This framework encompasses five key initiatives: Scenario-based Solutions, Co-Innovation, Aligned Marketing, Local Service, Consistent Quality, and Efficient Collaboration. These initiatives aim to help local partners innovate around customer needs, more easily integrate Huawei solutions into their offerings, and improve their service capabilities.
