In a context in which artificial intelligence becomes a key tool to improve competitiveness, Ionos takes another step in its strategy to bring this technology closer to small and medium -sized European companies. The company has incorporated the Mistral Nemo model, a high -performance natural language solution developed by the French Mistral Startup in collaboration with Nvidia.

With this incorporation, Ionos not only expands its portfolio of AI models, but also strengthens its positioning as a confidence supplier for European business fabric. Far from competing in volume with the great American platforms, the bet is focused on the security, transparency and sovereignty of the data, aspects increasingly valued by organizations that handle sensitive information.

Mistral Nemo is not just any model. With 12,000 million parameters and capacity to process up to 128,000 tokens, it stands out especially for its performance in tasks that require logical reasoning, factual precision and code generation. This makes it an ideal tool for managing long texts, automating complex analysis or supporting development environments.

In addition, its design allows you to easily integrate it into existing systems, being a solid alternative to other popular models such as Mistral 7B or call 3.1 7b of finish. “We want SMEs to access the latest generation artificial intelligence without giving up safety or simple integration with their current technological environments,” they have pointed out from Ionos.

Digital sovereignty and road map

One of the main differential values of the AI Model Hub of Ionos is its commitment to European principles in data. All models that house, including Mistral Nemo, are executed in data centers located in Germany, under the EU data protection regulations and without transfer to third countries.

“Transparency and data control cannot be secondary. In the face of the opaque solutions of some global suppliers, we bet on a reliable, auditable and aligned with European values,” they emphasize from the company.

Ionos has also advanced that this integration is only the beginning: in the coming months it is planned to join more Mistral models, including multimodal architectures and specialized solutions, always under open standards and easy to adopt for the business environment.

Free access until September

To facilitate its adoption, Ionos has made available to companies the free access to Mistral Nemo through its AI Model Hub until September 30, 2025. This platform brings together a cured selection of open source models ready to be used in productive environments, without compromising privacy or requiring its own infrastructure.
