Legrand Care has taken a step forward in the modernization of its work spaces with the implementation of advanced videoconference and collaboration solutions of Maxhub. With this alliance, the company seeks to improve connectivity between its headquarters and increase efficiency in its internal meetings and formations.

The need to improve communication and optimize meeting spaces led Legrand Care to look for a solution that guaranteed connectivity without cables, ease of use and compatibility with their corporate applications. The company required versatile equipment that will be integrated with its IT infrastructure and offered a fluid experience for external employees and visitors.

«We were looking to equip four different spaces: a training room with videoconference, an address office and two meeting rooms. The key was to have an intuitive technology, without cables and adapted to our safety standards, ”explains José Carlos Escamilla, VP Sales and Business Development Director of Legrand Care.

To respond to these needs, the company has installed four Maxhub interactive screens, with 86 and 65 -inch models of the Classic and ViewPro series. In addition, Dongles has incorporated to facilitate content sharing, especially in meetings with external collaborators. The training room has been equipped with a PTZ P30 camera and a wireless microphone and speakers system, improving the quality of remote sessions.

The display of the solution was carried out in a single day, followed by equipment adjustment and training sessions to ensure optimal use of devices. One of the main challenges was the integration with Legrand Care’s security and firewall systems, which was resolved with Maxhub’s technical support. «Compatibility with Windows and MTR environments was a priority for us. In addition, we wanted an aesthetic and cable -free environment that would facilitate the experience of users, ”adds Álvaro Ausín, Iberia Country Sales Manager of Maxhub.
