LG Spain has launched a training and certification program for audiovisual integrators on LG Business Cloud, its cloud platform that allows centralized management of the entire LG digital signage ecosystem, in a simple, professional and scalable way.

From initial installation to remote maintenance, the system is controlled from a single point thanks to this platform, integrating digital products and services into a single interface and simplifying the technical and administrative process for integrators and end customers.

A cloud ecosystem

The experience with LG Business Cloud begins on its online platform, where LG’s certified partner can select the most appropriate solution for each project. Through the platform, professionals automatically access a functional work environment, without the need to install additional software. This simplicity speeds up implementation times and facilitates the scalability of installations.

LG Business Cloud provides real tools to optimize daily operations from a single platform: remote management of screens and content, reduction of technical visits and the ability to offer recurring services such as after-sales support, analytical reports or new sources of income. In addition, it is a platform prepared for all types of sectors: retail, corporate environments, hospitality, vacation rentals, etc.

Scalability and adaptability

One of the great advantages of LG Business Cloud as a platform is its modular structure. In the case of SuperSign Cloud, there are different versions (Basic, Standard, Premium and Art Service) that allow each project to be scaled according to the client’s needs and budget. This opens the door to more personalized solutions and the progressive growth of the facilities, both from a technical and commercial point of view.

The most outstanding tools of the platform

• LG ConnectedCare: technical service from the cloud integrated into the platform. Applicable to products from the Signage range—including video walls, high-brightness displays or interactive displays—LED solutions and OLED solutions. It allows you to detect technical failures remotely, change configurations remotely and maintain multiple devices from a single platform console, minimizing travel and maximizing operational efficiency.

• SuperSign Cloud: platform solution focused on content creation and distribution. This tool allows you to control screens remotely, schedule content using intuitive templates and generate detailed reports.

LG has already held several training sessions in Spain that have allowed different integrators in the sector to be certified in the use of the platform. In 2026, the scope of these trainings will be expanded to cover the entire channel, where it is estimated that there are around 800 integrators in Spain.

Expansion to the hospitality sector with Pro:Centric and Pro:Centric Stay

LG plans to extend the channel’s training to other cloud solutions aimed at the hospitality sector, such as Pro: Centric Cloud and the specialized platform for vacation rentals LG Pro: Centric Stay. This complete, integrated web solution works as a platform designed specifically for property managers, allowing you to create personalized guest-centric Hotel TV portals, easily monitor key aspects of each accommodation through the Property Manager function and a control panel, and remotely manage the various devices installed in the property.

The platform makes it easy to personalize welcome messages, content and the professional Hotel TV screen interface to reflect each property’s identity, and enhances guest entertainment with access to LG Channels, including streaming and live TV options.

LG Business Cloud not only offers a technical solution, but a new way of understanding the service through a comprehensive platform, making available to the channel a powerful and versatile tool, designed to boost their work and the value they deliver to each client. For the integrator, centralizing the entire operation on a single cloud platform means less time on site, greater remote control, agile resolution of incidents and access to new lines of business such as advertising or advanced analytics.
