What is the main part of the company’s budget dedicated?

The bulk of our budget is destined to the management and optimization of our CRM and ERP. These platforms are fundamental for the daily operation, since they centralize the management of customers, projects and finance. The investment not only covers the maintenance and improvement of these tools, but also the integration with other solutions and the optimization of the data we handle so that they are more accessible and valuable in decision making.

In which area is this year being invested?

This year, most of the investment is focused on the evolution of our ERP, since we seek to provide it with greater capacity for process analysis and automation. ERP optimization will allow us to improve operational efficiency and strengthen integration with other platforms such as CRM or Business Intelligence tools. In addition, we are exploring the use of artificial intelligence within these solutions to improve the prediction of trends and the automation of repetitive tasks.

What project is the most satisfied?

One of the most satisfactory projects has been the implementation of a MDM system (Mobile Device Management). This solution has allowed us to centrally manage all corporate devices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, safe access to company systems and efficient hardware and software management. Thanks to this implementation, we have achieved more rigorous control over business mobility, reducing security risks and facilitating the remote work of our employees.

If you put all the benefits of the company in charge of the IT department, what would you like to implement?

I would focus on the development of artificial intelligence tools that can make the most of the information already possessed by the company. These tools could be used to improve the customization of the services we offer to customers, optimize strategic decision making and automate key internal processes. It would also promote Data Governance initiatives to guarantee the quality, accessibility and safety of data throughout the organization.

What challenges does the company’s department have as daring?

The biggest challenge is efficient exploitation of data. In a company like daring, with a large amount of information generated in different areas, it is crucial to structure the data to turn them into useful knowledge for the business. Another important challenge is the improvement of processes through the use of AI and automation, which requires a change of mentality and the adaptation of equipment to new forms of work. In Dadrevia, one of the greatest challenges in IT management is to ensure that technology is effectively integrated into the strategy and operational of the business. In addition, guaranteeing security, optimizing the use of data and promoting a digital culture within the company are challenges that demand a balanced vision between innovation and stability.

It will allow optimizing knowledge management and strategic decision making, improving customization and delivery quality. It will facilitate the automation of repetitive processes, releasing time for tasks of greater added value. It will also enhance data analysis to identify trends and anticipate customer needs. In cybersecurity, it will help us detect and mitigate risks proactively. In addition, it will improve operational efficiency in key areas such as marketing, sales and communication, reinforcing our capacity for innovation and adaptation to the market.

In Dadvia, we are exploring different AI applications to optimize processes and improve internal efficiency. We seek to take advantage of artificial intelligence to better analyze the data, automate tasks and facilitate decision making. We also evaluate new ways to integrate these technologies into our daily operation, with the aim of promoting innovation and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.

What main trends observe in the ICT world?

Artificial intelligence remains the dominant trend, with increasingly advanced applications in different sectors. We also observe a growth in intelligent automation, real-time data analysis and the rise of hybrid cloud architectures that combine the flexibility of the cloud with the safety of on-premise solutions. Another key trend is cybersecurity, which is becoming more proactive thanks to the use of AI and Machine Learning to detect threats in real time.

Our main focus is on the data: its quality, safety and exploitation. We want to continue advancing in the integration of solutions that allow to extract more value from the information we handle, improve decision making and offer more personalized services to our customers. We are also reinforcing the cybersecurity strategy and exploring new opportunities to apply artificial intelligence in our business processes.
