At a time when companies seek to reduce costs without giving up technological innovation, OVHCloud has presented its new proposal for the VMware ecosystem: Public VCF AS-A-Service. The solution is designed to respond to the growing demand of SMEs and suppliers of managed services (MSP) that need to promote the modernization of cloud without the complexity or expenses of a traditional model.
With this launch, the company reinforces its role as a European reference in Cloud Services, offering a managed model that combines scalability, security and competitive price in a single package.
An optimized alternative to traditional cloud
Public VCF AS-A-Service is based on VMware Cloud Director (VCD) to offer a fully managed environment and with a 99.95 %SLA. The objective is to simplify the transition to a cloud model in which companies can maintain their critical workloads without losing control of their budget.
The offer starts from the € 299 per month more VAT, with an initial 16 VCPU package, 64 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Users can climb the resources on demand and take advantage of a guaranteed bandwidth not measured up to 5 GB/s, both in public and private.

Investment protection in VMware
The great challenge of many companies that work with VMware is to find a path of modernization that does not imply starting again from scratch. Ovhcloud has designed this proposal thinking about that need: continuity, performance and flexibility.
“We are proud to present the new generation of VMware managed solutions. It is designed to protect the investments of our long -term VMware customers, while providing new customers with a powerful platform to create, climb and modernize their workloads,” said Yaniv Fdida, Chief Product and Technology Officer of OVHCloud.
Sustainability and security as pillars
Ovhcloud infrastructure maintains its commitment to sustainability thanks to its own industrial model based on water cooling systems (watercooling), which guarantee energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact.
In the security level, Public VCF AS-A-Service has international certifications such as ISO 27001 and is based on VEEAM Backup solutions, ensuring the continuity of the data against incidents.
International availability
The service is now available in Europe, Canada and the United States, with the promise of incorporating new functionalities in the coming months. With this, OVHCloud seeks to consolidate an offer that combines the power of VMware with the accessibility of a managed service model, adapted to the needs of a market in full transformation.
