One of the most prominent advances in Storagegrid 12.0 is the optimization of its storage in advanced cache, which multiplies up to twenty the performance in training processes of artificial intelligence models and in high performance computing environments (HPC). In addition, the new management of versions of data sets allows you to iterate projects more efficiently, speeding up both test flows and incident recovery.
Reinforced administration and safety
NetApp has also simplified maintenance tasks for administrators with an automated firmware update system in all nodes. At the cybercraft level, the solution incorporates GCM AES, default block in SSH ports and extended support for immutable data, a key requirement for sensitive projects in AI.
