Nutanix held the Next On Tour Madrid days ago, the annual event in which the company shares with its Spanish partners and clients the latest news on its hybrid cloud strategy, AI and modernization of technological infrastructures. This edition reinforced Nutanix’s commitment to an ecosystem increasingly oriented towards automation and intelligent cloud services.
The event was attended by some of the company’s top executives, including Manosiz Bhattacharyya, Chief Technology Officer of Nutanix; and Jorge Vázquez, general director of Nutanix Iberia. Among the sponsoring companies, Cohesity, Pure Storage, Commvault, TD SYNNEX, Veeam, Arrow, Dell Technologies, IaaS365, Kyndryl, Lenovo, Omnissa, SoftwareOne, Ricoh and Unikal Tech Partners stood out. Digital transformation projects
One of the main topics of debate at the technology summit was the commitment to digital transformation projects in Spanish companies, helping them take advantage of the advantages of AI and hybrid and multicloud architectures. In this context, Nutanix highlighted the importance of adopting platforms prepared for generative AI and for unified data management in distributed environments.
In fact, according to the Enterprise Cloud Index (ECI) 2025 study, the rapid adoption of GenAI technologies is opening the door to a new era in application and infrastructure modernization. Thus, 93% of Spanish companies agree that this technology is changing the priorities of their organizations, with security and privacy now being some of their main concerns. This analysis reinforces Nutanix’s vision of the need to simplify data management and protection in hybrid environments.
Various Spanish institutions and companies shared real experiences and testimonies about the use of these new technologies in the pharmaceutical industry, electrical distribution and the public sector, highlighting the relevance of solutions such as those from Nutanix to remain competitive in the new digital economy. The company also presented best practices to accelerate the adoption of scalable cloud architectures.
In addition, a roundtable was held during the event with Cohesity, Dell Technologies, Lenovo and Pure Storage to discuss the technologies that are accelerating digital transformation today. In this space, several experts pointed out how Nutanix platforms are allowing their customers to evolve towards more resilient and efficient environments.
