The challenge
Refrival faced the challenge of efficiently maintaining and optimizing its SAP S/4hana systems in an environment with complex and personalized business processes. Among the main problems were fragmented billing with a high number of unnecessary invoices, the need to constantly supervise the process due to the multiple specific validations of customers, which caused cancellations and blockages, and the lack of efficiency in ascending billing and analysis times.
The approach
Avvale analyzed the refromal billing process and transformed it to optimize its performance, guaranteeing greater efficiency and compliance with the established deadlines. After analyzing and optimizing its processes, the billing program was improved, simplifying the parameterization tables to facilitate their use to employees, eliminate unnecessary segmentation in turnover and, in addition, generate personalized records.
In addition, the new approach gave greater autonomy to the business, reducing the dependence of manual interventions and improving the reliability of the billing process. With continuous adjustments to adapt to the new requirements, the solution evolved to respond more agile and simplely to the needs of the company.
