Oracle and Amazon Web Services have announced the availability of Oracle AI Database@AWS for customers in Spain. With its arrival in the AWS Europe (Spain) Region, organizations can now run Oracle Exadata Database Service, Oracle Autonomous AI Database and Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse on dedicated Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) infrastructure deployed on AWS.

Oracle AI Database@AWS allows you to quickly and easily migrate Oracle AI Databases and Oracle Exadata workloads hosted in on-premise environments, with minimal changes while maintaining full functionality, architectural compatibility, and performance equivalent to on-premise.

Additionally, Oracle AI Database@AWS features zero-ETL integrations (no data extraction, transformation, or loading) that unify information between Oracle and AWS and enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI services such as Amazon Bedrock. By combining the capabilities of Oracle AI Database 26ai with data and services from AWS, customers will be able to easily develop new AI-powered applications or improve existing ones.

Spanish organizations opt for Oracle AI Database@AWS

Clients such as the Autoritat del Transport Metropolità (ATM) of Barcelona and Helvetia Caser are adopting Oracle AI Database@AWS to accelerate their artificial intelligence deployments and simplify their management and operation.

The Autoritat del Transport Metropolitana (ATM) of Barcelona is the public body responsible for the transport system of the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona. Coordinates, plans and manages the integrated public transport system of the Barcelona region, with 1.2 million annual validations.

Alternatively, they can purchase Oracle AI Database@AWS from qualified AWS and Oracle partners, such as Deloitte. This gives them the flexibility to work with trusted partners as they continue to innovate and solve complex business challenges in the cloud. They can also apply Oracle Multicloud Universal Credits, giving them greater flexibility in their purchases.
