Oracle is holding its annual Oracle AI World event in the United States, where the company has announced important developments that revolve around the use of agentic applications and AI experiences that help organizations do their work and achieve measurable business results in aspects of finance, HR, supply chain, sales and customer service.
Results-oriented AI at Fusion Applications
Oracle has announced new AI innovations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. With new Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications powered by Oracle Fusion Claw, organizations can complete highly complex work economically and at scale in finance, HR, and more. HR, supply chain, sales and customer service. To connect business goals to execution, new AI experiences, including Oracle Fusion Companion and Oracle Fusion Agentic Home, allow users to define what they want to achieve, delegate work to AI, and track progress, maintaining business control and accountability.
“The next era of enterprise AI is about delivering software that increasingly does the work, while people define the goals and set the policies,” said Chris Leone, executive vice president of Application Development at Oracle. “Fusion Agentic Applications, powered by Fusion Claw, can take on highly complex business processes economically and at scale. And with new AI experiences like Fusion Companion and Fusion Agentic Home, people can describe what they want to accomplish and delegate that work to AI agents and agentic applications.
These innovations showcased at Oracle AI World change the way people work with enterprise software, giving them more ability to focus on the decisions that matter, while retaining control and accountability.
Agentic Applications represent a new class of outcomes-based applications that provide Fusion Applications customers with an outcomes system, where people define goals, authority and accountability, and Agentic Applications coordinate the process to achieve an outcome. Fusion Claw enables Agentic Applications to take on more complex, specialized-level jobs by providing a new execution environment that supports larger scale and duration jobs, continuous rescheduling, deterministic execution, and greater autonomy with governance.
New agentic AI platform
To accelerate the deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, the company also announces a new platform that combines specialized AI agents, Oracle expertise and guided learning to help customers implement and modernize their processes.
Offered through Oracle AI Success Navigator and based on Oracle Fusion Setup and Configuration Registry (FSCR), the machine-readable reference source for initial setup, configuration, and best practices defined by the Oracle Fusion product, the new platform combines specialized AI agents, Oracle’s deployment expertise, and guided learning to reduce manual effort, simplify complex tasks, and help customers realize business value sooner.
Oracle AI Success Navigator is based on Oracle FSCR. Developed and continuously maintained by Oracle, FSCR captures initial configuration and configuration definitions, Oracle product expertise, and product-defined best practices as reusable AI skills that enable agents to plan, execute, test, and validate initial configuration and configuration directly in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
“Organizations want to move to the cloud faster, simplify deployment, and start realizing the benefits of AI immediately,” said Gary Miller, chief customer success officer and executive vice president at Oracle. “Oracle AI Success Navigator brings together specialized AI agents, proven best practices, expert guidance and training to help customers accelerate their transition to Oracle Fusion Applications and realize business value sooner.”
Whether customers are migrating from on-premises or third-party applications, starting a new Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment, or adopting the latest Oracle AI capabilities, Oracle AI Success Navigator helps them modernize faster and continue to innovate after going live.
