The event, which took place in the Lufthansa Hangar in Munich, will certainly sign up in the history of both techniques and original tools’ shows. The Parkside battery drill from the Performance series-PPBSSA 12 BF24 A1-set in motion one of the largest passenger aircraft in the world, weighing almost 300 tons of Airbus A380. Parkside won the unequal fight

From a technical point of view, it was an uneven duel – a light, compact device with a voltage of 12 V and a mass of just 1.5 kg versus colossus, which in the passenger version can accommodate over 850 people. The Airbus A380, which in an unmanned state weighs over 300 tons, has been connected with a special rope with a winch driven by a Parkside drill. The experiment was carried out using a serial model available for sale, which was confirmed by official Guinness judges.
