The technology company Praxedo, specialized in Field Service Management, has presented a new version of its platform that expands the use of artificial intelligence in the daily management of technical interventions and incorporates a completely renewed and customizable planning interface.

One of the main novelties is the automatic reformulation of comments entered during interventions, designed to reduce the bureaucratic burden on technicians. In this way, with a single click, artificial intelligence corrects the grammar, punctuation and tone of the text, without modifying its meaning, to generate a clearer and more professional report.

Praxedo also incorporates photo analysis using AI. The tool can check, based on criteria defined for each activity, whether an image allows you to correctly verify an installation, a replaced part or the final result of the work.

Added to this is the global analysis of coherence of the work report. The platform contrasts the description of the incident, the measurements, the closure code, the observations and photographs to detect possible contradictions between the different recorded data.

In this way, technicians can spend less time on administrative tasks, while back office teams have more complete and reliable reports, which facilitates the review of interventions and speeds up their validation, sending to the client and subsequent billing.

“We want artificial intelligence to have a concrete use in the day-to-day life of companies with technical service. These new functionalities help generate clearer, more coherent and reliable information, while reducing manual tasks that consume time both in the field and in the office,” explains Jaime Urquiza, Country Manager of Praxedo for Iberia and Latin America.

Update adds Prediagnosis

The new version also includes an update to the scheduling interface, designed to facilitate the assignment of work and the management of technicians’ agendas. Planners can apply new filters, consult the workload of each resource and more quickly locate the most appropriate professional for each intervention.

Another novelty is Prediagnosis, which allows information about a breakdown to be collected before sending the technician. Using a form sent by email or SMS, the customer can describe the problem and attach photos or videos. In this way, the necessary skills and materials can be anticipated, unnecessary trips can be reduced, and the chances of resolving the incident on the first visit can be increased.

Multi-site deployments

Praxedo has also reinforced its Projects Module, which allows for the coordination of works, complex installations and deployments in multiple locations. The tool incorporates a chronological view of tasks, interventions and reusable templates to standardize recurring processes.

With this update, Praxedo advances in the practical application of artificial intelligence to Field Service and reinforces its proposal to improve equipment productivity, information reliability and service quality.

This update, integrated into the usual plan of two major annual improvements, reaffirms the company’s commitment to constant innovation. In this way, Praxedo continues to offer its clients a tool capable of effectively adapting to changing market demands.
