Snowflake Accelerates Development of Enterprise Agentic AI

The AI ​​Data Cloud company has introduced new tools for its platform that allow organizations to easily deploy Agentic AI at scale and offer valuable, reliable and accurate information, driving the development of intelligent solutions.

Powered by industry-leading AI models from vendors like Anthropic, Snowflake Intelligence is transforming complex queries into conversational insights, democratizing access to data and AI across the enterprise, and contributing to the development of new analytics capabilities. New innovations from Snowflake’s AI research team make Snowflake Intelligence up to three times faster on text-to-SQL queries, delivering real-time responses with the same reliable accuracy.

Snowflake has also announced improvements to Snowflake Horizon Catalog and Snowflake Openflow (now generally available) to allow businesses to easily connect all their data from various sources and catalogs. Snowflake has introduced a set of new developer tools designed to help organizations rapidly develop and deploy cutting-edge, production-ready AI applications faster and more securely.

• Developers can now optimize their workflows with Cortex Code (in private preview), a revamped AI assistant within the Snowflake UI that allows users to interact with their entire Snowflake environment using natural language and facilitating collaborative development.

• Improvements in Snowflake Cortex AISQL They allow developers to build scalable AI pipelines within Snowflake Dynamic Tables (now generally available), to create AI inference pipelines using a simple declarative SQL query, strengthening the agile development cycle.

• Workspaces, Snowflake’s centralized development environmentnow generally available, eliminates siled data work and drives collaboration by providing a unified editor to create, organize, and manage code across multiple file types.

• With dbt Projects on Snowflake Enterprises can develop, test, deploy, and monitor their DBT projects directly within their Snowflake environment, empowering engineers to focus on delivering insights rather than maintaining various tools and infrastructure.
