The healthcare company, Sanitas, has optimized its Mi Sanitas application thanks to IOMETRICS Synthetix. The problem that the company had was that it needed a robust solution to guarantee the continuous availability and high quality of its platform. By implementing IOMETRICS Synthetix, Sanitas has managed to improve operational efficiency and significantly ensure a flawless user experience.
After evaluating different options, Sanitas decided to implement IOMETRICS Synthetix, a synthetic probe solution from Datadope. This open source tool has allowed the company to customize its monitoring to meet specific needs, quickly integrating with the existing infrastructure.

IOMETRICS Synthetix has provided Sanitas with accurate insight into the performance of its applications by continuously monitoring and defining recurring probes through its web portal. The alert system, with a traffic light colour-coded dashboard, ensures rapid identification and resolution of problems, significantly improving the overall performance of the platform.

In addition, the probes simulate key processes such as booking appointments with specialists and accessing personal files. They also ensure the proper functioning of modules such as BluaU and Mi Salud, as well as innovations such as blood pressure measurement using facial recognition.
Sanitas has implemented additional probes to manage withdrawals and retentions, ensuring a frictionless experience in the Mi Sanitas application and in other hospital and dental services.
