Tokiota, a Spanish partner of Microsoft that develops business solutions based on AI, the cloud, secure infrastructures and data platforms, analyzes the current context of the incorporation of AI in Spanish companies and exposes its pragmatic vision to obtain tangible results with this technology.

In its 15 years of evolution as a consulting firm specialized in data and artificial intelligence projects, modernization of IT applications and transversal cybersecurity capabilities, Tokiota has consolidated a solid strategy aimed at the application of artificial intelligence with real impact on the business.

Pragmatic vision as a strategic lever

Tokiota’s pragmatic approach is key at a time when organizations make significant investments in isolated pilots with reduced impact, which are then not possible to scale to the rest of the company. Hence its commitment to prioritizing those use cases with the greatest impact and the search for synergies between them.

In this sense, it has developed a library of more than 500 specialized use cases by sector. And it has an acceleration platform that allows them to be developed in an agile way, ensuring an efficiency of between 30% and 50%.

Tokiota currently has 150 professionals specialized in security environments, agentic management, architectures and data governance. And it has achieved an annual turnover of more than 15 million euros, with a growth of 42% in the last year in its services business. In 2028, the forecast is to reach 25 million in turnover.

Applications with impact in different sectors

Tokiota is transforming the operations of more than 100 Spanish companies, implementing artificial intelligence use cases with tangible impact in diverse sectors such as industry, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, insurance and energy:

In the hospitality sector, the company is deploying AI agents capable of making personalized recommendations and accompanying the consumer in making decisions about vacation packages. These solutions are helping to improve the sales process, with increases of between 20% and 30% in conversion and upselling rates.

Within the insurance sector, Tokiota is applying generative AI solutions to streamline processes, such as the preparation of executive summaries in a matter of seconds or the automatic extraction of insights. These capabilities are complemented by automatic verification of regulatory compliance and intelligent search of internal and external information sources.

Likewise, in other industries such as energy, the company is incorporating consultation chatbots that offer professionals updated and contextualized information, helping them better adapt to customer needs and provide more personalized attention.

Specifically, among the companies that Tokiota collaborates with are: Iberostar and Barceló, in the hotel sector, Naturgy, in the energy sector, Almirall, in the pharmaceutical sector, and Caser, in the insurance sector. They are joined by associations such as AENOR.

Key partner in the Microsoft ecosystem

In line with the search for ethical AI solutions, Tokiota is part of the Responsible AI Innovation Center (RAIIC), developed by Microsoft, which aims to promote innovation in Spain, promote real use cases and accelerate the digital transformation of public and private organizations through responsible generative AI.

Specifically, the company is a member of its three key areas: AI Design, Modern Work and Security. A position for which it is necessary to comply with rigorous standards and that is distinguished by its experience and knowledge in each of the areas.

In addition, it collaborates with entities such as the Industry and Technology Observatory, Technical Communities and companies such as Vodafone to promote technological innovation in different areas and market segments.
