D-Link has announced its return to the enterprise video surveillance sector with the launch of indoor and outdoor IP cameras and video recorders (NVRs), designed with the most advanced image analysis technology to offer SMEs a proactive rather than passive video surveillance solution.
The new video surveillance cameras have a 2 megapixel progressive CMOS sensor to offer maximum image quality and process video and audio streaming using the H.265 format, improving transmission efficiency. They are available both in dome format (D-Link BCD-P01), for installation on ceilings or walls, and in bullet format (D-Link BCB-P01). Both have an Ethernet LAN port with Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, which optimizes the installation by receiving data and power through the same network cable when connected to switches with PoE ports.
Integration into security ecosystem
In this segment, D-Link is a global reference and has a wide portfolio of switches, from unmanaged models to manageable switches that integrate AutoSurveillance VLAN functionality. This technology automatically detects video surveillance cameras and creates a specific, isolated network segment for them, improving both security and infrastructure performance. In addition, the cameras support standard ONVIF protocols, making it easy to integrate into any existing video surveillance system.
Both cameras incorporate an integrated intelligent video analysis system (IVS) that goes far beyond simple motion or sound detection. Thanks to this intelligent video surveillance technology, it is possible to identify specific events and behaviors in real time, such as line crossings, vehicle detection, people counting and other advanced functions.
Intelligent image recognition provides the precise information needed to improve facility security and increase operational efficiency, reducing false alarms and triggering warnings or recordings only when real situations occur. This IVS system is integrated into video surveillance cameras, whether they operate autonomously or are centrally managed using D-Link NVR video recorders.
Constant recording to avoid losing detail
A key element of any video surveillance system is video recorders. For this reason, D-Link has developed the BNR-004 (4 channels) and BNR-008 (8 channels) models, which combine H.265 compression with high-performance processors to allow continuous recording in high definition.

Designed for professional video surveillance environments, these NVRs offer reliable storage with support for standard SATA drives up to 1TB. Both devices integrate perfectly with D-Link IP cameras, activating automatic recording based on intelligent video analysis (IVS). Full integration of all its functions is available when used in conjunction with D-Link cameras, although they are also compatible with the standard ONVIF protocol to integrate into any video surveillance platform.
In addition, both NVRs incorporate HDMI and VGA outputs to connect any monitor, as well as USB ports for keyboard and mouse, configuring themselves as an All in One professional video surveillance solution for companies, businesses and facilities of all types.
The new IP cameras and video recorders for video surveillance are now available through the official D-Link distributor network, with recommended prices (VAT included) of 64 euros for the D-Link BCB-P01 camera, 70 euros for the D-Link BCD-P01 camera, 105 euros for the D-Link BNR-004 recorder and 109 euros for the D-Link BNR-008 recorder.
