The V-Valley company has announced a strategic agreement with Qualys, a provider of disruptive cloud-based IT, security and compliance solutions, with the aim of strengthening risk management and its cybersecurity proposal, providing greater value to the channel in a context of sustained growth in digital threats. Thanks to this agreement, V-Valley makes available to its partners an integrated platform that allows centralizing risk management, security, compliance and visibility of IT assets from a single console.

Improving client risk posture

This alliance will allow V-Valley partners to simplify cybersecurity risk management, improve their clients’ risk posture, and more efficiently address complex security projects. By unifying detection, analysis and prioritization capabilities, risk management becomes a continuous process aligned with business objectives.

Qualys’ Enterprise TruRisk Management (ETM) risk and vulnerability management platform aggregates risk factors from more than 73,000 companies and twenty data sources on specific threats. This advanced risk management approach allows you to obtain a contextualized view of the real impact of vulnerabilities on the business. As the latest innovation, Qualys has incorporated AI agent technology into its platform that automates risk management, taking care of detection, prioritization based on business impact and effective mitigation.

“We are very satisfied with this agreement, which will allow us to consolidate our reach in the Iberian market with one of the most respected firms within the distribution channel of advanced solutions,” said Sergio Pedroche, Country Manager of Qualys Iberia. “We are pleased to help make the services provided to value-added resellers even more precise and scalable thanks to our risk management and prioritization capabilities,” he adds.

“The incorporation of Qualys to our portfolio represents another step in our commitment to offering the channel leading solutions, highly specialized and aligned with the new security architectures on the market. Our objective is to continue accompanying partners and clients in increasingly complex projects, strengthening risk management through technology, knowledge and high value-added services,” says Alberto López, Country Manager of Security at V-Valley. “This collaboration will allow our clients to improve the discovery, detection, assessment and risk management of their assets, significantly accelerating their ability to respond to threats, preventing breaches and prioritizing vulnerabilities more effectively,” he concludes.

In addition to access to Qualys technology, V-Valley will offer its partners specialized technical support, training and commercial support, facilitating the implementation of advanced cybersecurity and risk management projects, as well as the generation of new business opportunities in an increasingly demanding digital environment.
