Vincci Hotels has taken a decisive step in its digital transformation strategy with the implementation of a new automated variable remuneration system, developed in collaboration with the Nivimu Technological Platform, of the group Seak This initiative has meant a significant improvement in the operational efficiency and motivation of the human team of the hotel chain.
According to Marcos Valera, director of people at Vincci Hotels, the former incentive management system required a high administrative effort, with manual calculations and excel sheets that generated errors and delays. “Now, thanks to Nivimu, we have transformed a complex process into an agile, precise and aligned system with our strategic objectives,” says Valera.

The new variable remuneration model already reaches more than 550 employees at different organizational levels, from reception to hotel directors, with specific objectives adapted to each profile. This customization has allowed to design a stepped incentive scheme that begins to reward performance from certain compliance levels, and continues to encourage those who exceed their goals.
“The key to success has been to correctly define the objectives,” explains Valera. “It has taken us for years of evidence and error, but today we have a solid model that motivates the team and reinforces its commitment to the brand and the customer experience.”
In addition to contemplating economic metrics, the system includes quality indicators, work climate and customer satisfaction, ensuring an integral vision of performance and promoting excellence in the service.
