The care service, available in Spanish and English, guarantees immediate and personalized assistance in headquarters from different countries, which minimizes inactivity times and maximizes productivity.

One of the main differential values ​​of the Premium edition of UDS Enterprise 4.0 has materialized thanks to the Technological Alliance with flexxible, developer of a modular and centralized platform for the management and remote monitoring of physical and virtual devices. Thanks to this collaboration, UDS Enterprise Premium customers can access, without additional cost, advanced tools that unify the management of the entire device park, the resolution of incidents and the optimization of processes on a single platform.

Among the main flexxible features, advanced self-requisiting functions that reduce operational load, as well as capabilities to trace, audit and manage applications installed on devices. The new Premium edition arrives together with the stable version of UDS Enterprise 4.0, launched today by Virtual Cable. This leading solution in virtualization of the workplace, which integrates virtual desks, applications and remote access into a single console, introduces key functionalities that strengthen it even more.

Among the most prominent novelties is the support for new virtualization platforms, both in the cloud and in hyperconvergente and on-premise environments, which include Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Scale Computing (SC) and Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (FORGN). In addition, OpenStack -based suppliers such as Huawei Cloud and Ovhcloud now have advanced functionalities.

Improvements such as high intelligent availability in the Pools goal are also included, which guarantee operational continuity, compatibility with OAUTH2 and new multifactor authentication options. Likewise, the virtualization of Windows applications with advanced load balancing is optimized, the integration of Linux machines in Active Directory is simplified and user portals and administration are renewed to offer a more fluid experience.
