Within the framework of Fitur 2025, the most important tourism fair in Spain, World2Meet (W2M) has announced version 2.0 of its Mia digital ambassador. This launch, carried out in collaboration with Microsoft and Bravent, marks a milestone in the technological innovation applied to the tourism sector.

The new version of mine incorporates advanced generative technologies, such as avatar custom, azureopenai and personalized neural voice. These innovations allow mine not only to recognize and respond to the specific needs of users, but also learn and adapt to each interaction, continuously improving their ability to assist. In this way, MIA provides travelers for information and destinations, optimizing the consumer experience.

Mia digital ambassador 2.0 in FITUR 2025

In Fitur 2025, MIA is presented on a 3D Holobox screen, offering a high -resolution visual experience that adds an additional dimension to the interaction. This new support allows a more immersive and realistic presentation of the content, improving the connection with the attendees to the fair.

The adoption of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence is transforming the tourism sector. According to a Gartner report, 75% of all interactions with B2B customers are expected to be managed by CRM platforms that incorporate AI and advanced automation. This trend underlines the importance of adopting advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision making.

In addition to presenting MIA version 2.0, W2M also announced its financial results of 2024 and its strategic plans for 2025. Gabriel Subías, CEO of W2M, announced that the company recorded a 26.5% increase in its turnover in 2024 , highlighting the positive impact of technological innovations on their growth.
