This is a very important moment for Asus, because the manufacturer is systematically moving away from traditional, well-known designs in favor of solutions based on high-performance NPU (Neural Processing Unit) units and ARM architecture.
One of the most important activities under the new strategy is the implementation of Snapdragon X2 Elite and AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processors, which offer artificial intelligence computing power of 50 to 80 TOPS. Such parameters allow for local running of advanced language models (LLM) with parameters up to 120B, which eliminates the need to send sensitive creator data to the cloud. But don’t worry, it’s not just about AI. We were in Amsterdam at the pre-premiere show of ASUS new products, thanks to which we saw some of the premieres with our own eyes and can show you real photos of the products.
ASUS ProArt 2026
The ProArt line, which is extremely close to me, for 2026 has been divided into devices with different operating characteristics, with particular emphasis on the needs of mobile installers. The ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) model is a 13-inch convertible laptop that was created in close cooperation with GoPro engineers. The device is equipped with a 3K ASUS Lumina OLED matrix and an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with 128 GB of unified memory. The specificity of this edition is revealed in dedicated software solutions, such as the GoPro key activating the Player or the StoryCube application. AI algorithms in this model are used to automatically categorize 360-degree recordings, recognizing specific sports activities on the timeline.
For users who prefer the form of a tablet, the ProArt PZ14 model was designed. The device weighing 0.79 kg is powered by an 18-core Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. The key parameter for graphic designers is the 14-inch Lumina Pro OLED panel with Pantone certification, offering a peak brightness of 1000 nits and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The CNC aluminum structure with a Nano Black finish supports the ASUS Pen 3.0 stylus, which is equipped with haptic feedback to imitate the resistance of a physical tool on paper. The set also includes a detachable Bluetooth keyboard, which allows you to quickly transform the tablet into a workstation.
ASUS ZenBook 2026
In the premium segment, ASUS focused on the development of its proprietary Ceraluminum material, which is used in almost the entire Zenbook line. The Zenbook DUO model has undergone mechanical modernization – the use of a new, hidden hinge allows the gap between two 14-inch screens to be reduced by 70%. Under the housing there are Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processors and a battery with a total capacity of 99 Wh. The ScreenXpert software has been updated with automatic device orientation recognition functions, which optimizes the window arrangement when the structure is laid flat.
The Zenbook A14 and A16 models represent a new category of devices with extremely long battery life. The 14-inch version, weighing less than 1 kg, allows for approximately 35 hours of video playback in offline mode, which is due to the use of the 18-core Snapdragon X2 Elite chip. The larger variant, Zenbook A16, despite a 16-inch OLED matrix, weighs less than 1.2 kg. The manufacturer has equipped this model with a full-size SD card reader and a six-speaker system, which positions it as a mobile alternative to classic multimedia laptops. In turn, the Zenbook S series (S14 and S16) focuses on miniaturization, offering cases only 1.1 cm thick while maintaining active cooling and high screen brightness of 1,100 nits.
ASUS Vivobook 2026
The Vivobook S series (14 and 16 inches) offers the widest selection of hardware configurations in 2026. Customers can choose between Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, AMD Ryzen AI 400 and – in the case of the 16-inch model – Snapdragon X2 Elite. WUXGA OLED panels or optional 144 Hz IPS matrices have become the standard. These laptops have 70 Wh batteries and maintain a relatively low starting weight of 1.35 kg, which makes them universal solutions for office and home work.
ASUS – desktop computers and accessories for 2026
In the desktop computer segment, the ASUS VM441QA model was released – the first All-in-One computer based on the Snapdragon architecture. The device with a 23.8-inch screen offers 45 TOPS of AI performance, which is mainly dedicated to videoconferencing systems and basic multimedia processing. An interesting alternative is the ASUS V700 model in Mini Tower format. This device combines high-performance components, such as the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card and the AMD Ryzen AI 7 processor, with a housing with an unusual wood-like finish and rounded edges. This is a response to the trend of personalizing home space, where IT equipment should blend in with the surroundings.
Accessory ecosystem and connectivity standards
The hardware offer is complemented by dedicated accessories that expand the functionality of the ProArt and Zenbook series. The ProArt Backpack (PP2600) was designed to safely transport two laptops (14″ and 16″) and has a weather-resistant coating. The ProArt MD301 mouse is equipped with an 8000 DPI sensor and a system of replaceable microswitches, which is intended to extend the life of the device.
In turn, the ZenMouse MD202 mouse, made of Ceraluminum, allows you to work on glass surfaces and pair with four devices at the same time. The entire 2026 portfolio shows strong integration of hardware with AI-assisted software, with a simultaneous emphasis on weight reduction and improved energy efficiency.
