Zerolynx has completed the repurchase of 100% of its capital by its founders, Juan Antonio Calles (CEO) and Daniel González (COO). The operation coincides with the close of its best year since its founding in 2018: in 2025, the Spanish firm specialized in offensive cybersecurity and regulatory compliance reached a turnover of 3 million euros, 19.2% more than the previous year.
With the unified shareholder structure, Juan Antonio Calles and Daniel González present their 2026-2030 strategic plan, aimed at accelerating the development of cybersecurity solutions supported by artificial intelligence under the principle that underpins the new cycle: humans in command, AI as muscle.
“The artificial intelligence landscape is causing a disruptive change in our sector, and the buyback allows us to adapt to the times with the agility that this new scenario demands,” says Juan Antonio Calles, CEO and co-founder.
AI-based operational management platform
The plan is articulated in four main axes: the development of hacking tools supported by artificial intelligence; the expansion of the CISO as a Service (CISOaaS) service; the implementation of CuatrIA, an internal operational management platform based on AI; and the formalization of a partner program that allows the company’s proposal to scale through its own distribution channel.
“The new shareholder situation allows us to launch a plan that meets the characteristic ambition of Zerolynx and responds to the global situation. Artificial intelligence is no longer a trend for us: it is the way we work, think and compete,” says Daniel González, COO and co-founder.
In parallel, Zerolynx has launched the Lab, a free space that brings together cybersecurity self-diagnosis tools aimed at companies so that they can evaluate their level of exposure and maturity at no cost, in line with the disclosure principle that the company has incorporated as a brand seal within its 2026-2030 strategic plan. In addition, Zerolynx will move its headquarters from Madrid throughout 2026.
