Zoom continues to evolve its business collaboration ecosystem with the launch of new functionalities based on agricultural artificial intelligence. The company has announced the availability of a personalized complement for its AI Companion assistant, which now allows users to connect to 16 third -party applications, including leading tools such as Servicenow, Jira, Salesforce, Asana, Box and Slack. With this advance, the platform is consolidated as an operational center capable of managing transverse tasks without leaving Zoom Workplace.

The new complement, now available for online purchase, enables users, especially small and medium enterprises, to take advantage of AI Companion not only in Zoom, but also on other meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Among its outstanding functions are the customization of templates of meetings summaries, the creation of custom avatars and the direct connection with external productivity tools.

“With the agricultural skills of Zoom Ai Companion, users will see a significant increase in their productivity, not only within zoom, but also in key business applications such as Servicenow, Jira, Salesforce, Asana, Box and many more,” said Smit Hashim, Zoom Product Director. “The personalized complement allows users to optimize their workflows, with AI Companion attending zoom or person meetings, and now also available on other videoconference platforms.”

Zoom’s strategy is aligned with a growing trend in the business world: the intelligent integration of tools to eliminate information silos, automate processes and generate more agile results.

Agentica at collaborative work service

AI Companion operates as an autonomous agent that facilitates the execution of tasks in multiple environments. With its new connection capacity to external applications, Zoom introduces advanced automation that covers different areas:

  • Sales and customer service: With integrations such as Salesforce, Zendesk and Servicenow, AI Companion allows you to update records, solve tickets and manage opportunities directly from zoom, accelerating commercial decisions and improving customer experience.
  • Documentary collaboration: When connecting to platforms such as Google Drive, Box, OneDrive and Notion, the wizard can access documents during a meeting, generate new files, update content or generate instant summaries.
  • Project management: Connected to tools such as Asana and Jira, AI Companion allows the equipment to consult states, assign tasks and establish limit dates without leaving the meeting environment.
  • Organizational communication: Thanks to the integration with Slack, it is possible to summarize conversations, find key messages or publish content directly from AI Companion.
  • Human resources and onboarding: In synergy with Workday, the assistant can help manage contracting and incorporation processes, summarize profiles and facilitate the search for candidates.

A solution without additional cost for payment users

Another key point of the announcement is that many of the advanced functions of the AI Companion, including real -time responses during calls, automatic agendas creation and recording of face -to -face meetings, will be offered without additional cost to users with zoom payment licenses. This reinforces the added value of the tool and democratizes access to the capacities between equipment of different sizes.

With this movement, Zoom is positioned as a central actor in the future of hybrid work and business automation. His commitment to an agricultural and highly integrable AI seeks to free users of repetitive tasks, promote more significant connections and maximize operational efficiency
