Acronis has launched a new hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform designed specifically for managed service providers (MSPs), cloud providers (CSPs), hosting companies and telcos.

This is Acronis Cyber Frame and allows partners to create, offer and monetize infrastructure services on their own terms, combining virtual machines, networking and storage with the cyber protection, management and automation capabilities natively integrated in Acronis.

This approach helps improve business results through more predictable pricing, better resale margins, and a proposition aligned with the growing needs for data sovereignty, regional deployments, and modernization of virtualization environments.

Regain control over strategy

At a time marked by changes in the traditional virtualization market, the increase in costs associated with hyperscalers and the growing demand for regional and sovereign cloud solutions, Acronis Cyber Frame offers service providers a new way to regain control over their infrastructure strategy and their margins.

“Service providers are rethinking their infrastructure strategies in the face of significant market changes and need solutions that truly fit their business,” said Gaidar Magdanurov, President of Acronis. “Acronis Cyber Frame combines infrastructure, protection and management in a single natively integrated platform, helping partners simplify the complexity and improve the profitability of their infrastructure services.”

Flexible Infrastructure as a Service

Acronis Cyber Frame offers a flexible deployment model that allows partners to choose how to build and scale their infrastructure business:

  • Acronis Cyber Frame Cloud: A fully hosted option that allows you to accelerate time to market without requiring an initial investment in infrastructure.
  • Acronis Cyber Frame Local: a model managed directly by the partner, offering full control over infrastructure, costs, performance and data localization.

This flexibility allows service providers to launch services quickly, expand strategically, and adapt to their customers’ needs for data sovereignty and regulatory compliance.

Default protection

Unlike traditional infrastructure platforms, which require separate tools for protection and management, Acronis Cyber Frame is protected by default. Every workload deployed on Cyber Frame includes built-in backup and disaster recovery, security and threat protection, and remote monitoring and management (RMM).

By integrating these capabilities natively, Cyber Frame reduces operational complexity, avoids tool proliferation, and enables partners to deliver secure infrastructure services from day one.

Aligned with what service providers demand

Acronis Cyber Frame has been designed from the ground up for service providers, with capabilities tailored to their business models. This includes native multitenancy and client isolation, client self-service and white-label delivery, seamless integration with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, and operational tools aligned with service provider workflows.

This approach allows partners to create differentiated service packages, simplify operations and deliver a more consistent and efficient customer experience.

“Acronis Cyber Frame represents an important step forward towards a secure and resilient infrastructure. By combining virtual machines, networking, storage, cyber protection, disaster recovery and RMM in a single platform powered by AI, it offers customers enterprise-grade cyber resilience with much less complexity,” says Scott Harrison, Cybersecurity Solution Specialist at Gray Matter. “Instead of having to integrate multiple tools, organizations can operate from a single platform, natively integrated and designed from day one to deliver security, efficiency and scalability. For our customers, this is more than infrastructure modernization: it is a smarter, more profitable and future-proof operating model.”

Based on optimized OpenStack and KVM technologies and developed in collaboration with Virtuozzo, Acronis Cyber Frame avoids dependence on proprietary hypervisors and offers a modern and scalable infrastructure foundation.

With more predictable pricing and greater cost control, the platform enables service providers to address virtualization modernization opportunities, repatriate workloads from hyperscalers, offer regional and sovereign cloud services, and improve resale margins and long-term profitability. The solution is now available for interested companies.
