The artificial intelligence applied to the management of public services and industrial processes takes a new step with the last bet of Salesforce. The company, recognized worldwide for its CRM leadership based on AI, has announced two specific solutions that seek to transform the way administrations and factories operate in their day to day.
Smart agents at the service of the citizen
The first of these novelties is agentforce for public sector, a system of virtual agents that aims to expedite the procedures and improve the relationship between institutions and citizens. Thanks to their integration with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Technologies such as Data Cloud, agencies may simplify regulations, manage claims or even guide applicants in social benefits more quickly and reliability.
“The officials will have digital partners capable of managing complex tasks without leaving the defined limits,” says Salesforce, highlighting that the solution meets the most strict safety standards in the sector, including Fedramp High and Irap.
With their immediate availability in the Salesforce and AWS Marketplace ecosystem, administrations will have a catalog of preconfigured actions that allow reducing response times and reinforcing user confidence.
The industry against productivity challenge
The second great announcement comes from the hand of Agentforce for Manufacturing, a set of agents prepared to address the main challenges of the industry: lack of talent, pressure on supply chains and excessively manual processes. These capabilities are requested in integration with manufacturing Cloud and Field Service, which facilitates from inventory management to automatic maintenance programming.
“AI agents do not replace, but enhance human teams by processing data in real time and responding in natural language,” they emphasize from the company. Templates designed for the industry allow companies to begin to extract value from first day, reinforcing productivity and reducing times of inactivity.
With advanced security controls and a low code approach, this proposal seeks to consolidate as an essential tool for factories that want to be more resilient in an environment marked by complexity.
