The Spanish Technological Multinational Aggity obtained a turnover of 25.3 million euros in 2024, a lower 8% figure to the billing registered by the company in 2023 (27.4 million euros) and the EBITDA stood at 3.1 million euros. During 2024 AGGity has sold the French group Silae its human resources management business (Aggity People) and has ceased its operations in Italy.

With both operations, AGGITY concludes the reorganization and business reorganization to eliminate little profitable markets and activities and “focus – Oscar Pierre, President of Aggity, in more strategic business areas and in the ability to respond with avant -garde solutions to the new customers’ demands, caused by the needs that are creating in their organizations the technological disrupts we are attending. ” It should be remembered that Aggity launched this strategy to reorganize his business in 2023.

In this sense, Aggity’s forecast for this exercise contemplates a double scenario, already obeys exclusively organic growth or one or several acquisitions. Thus, and in the first case, it plans to close 2025 with a business figure of 25.6 million euros and an Ebitda of 4.2 million euros, after normalizing the two aforementioned operations, which involve detaching themselves from 12% of their billing (3.6 million euros).

On the other hand, Aggity does not rule out making one or more acquisitions during this year if the market conditions are adequate. In this case, the company plans to close the year with a turnover of 32.5 million euros (28.4%) and an Ebitda of 5.9 million euros.

For exercises 2026 and 2027 AGGITY projects to invoice 39 million euros (20%) with an Ebitda of 6.6 million and 50.4 million euros (29.2%) with an EBITDA of 8.2 million, respectively. For 2024 Aggity brought together a team of 238 professionals and this figure will be 208 in 2025, despite the sale of the human resources business, which implied the transfer of this team to the French group, and the cessation of its activity in Italy, add up to a total of 60 professionals.

In addition to Spain, Aggity operates in Latin America through subsidiaries in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, and also has activity in Portugal, the United Kingdom and European Nordic countries, as well as in Saudi Arabia. Of the total aggity billing, 49% (12.44 million euros) came from our country, and the remaining 51% (12.83 million euros) of the international market.

It should be noted that, in less than a year, Aggity has already integrated in 80% of its projects for its customers algorithms of the generative IA applied in different areas, such as advanced analytics, process automation, talent optimization or energy efficiency.
