Figma has taken a significant step to strengthen its position in Spain with the launch of a Spanish version adapted to Spanish. The initiative includes an integral translation of its interface, adjustments to improve the experience of Spanish -speaking users and a specialized support service.
According to company data, released at a press conference, in 2024 more than 1.5 million files were generated on the platform alone in Spain, with an average daily of 34,000 editions. In this way, the Spanish market has proven to be a key market for Figma, with a growing number of companies that make up the tool in their work processes. Companies such as Seat, Banco Sabadell and Telefónica have incorporated Figma in their design and development flow, facilitating collaboration between their teams.
Lucie Bordelais, vice president of Figma Emea, stressed the impact that this adaptation will have on the Spanish -speaking community: “By eliminating linguistic barriers, we are allowing more teams to focus on what really matters: to innovate and create.”

The location of Figma to Spanish not only responds to the demand of current users, but also seeks to attract new professionals in the technological sector.
